To start with, I will be going with an hourly rate (which I can discuss via phone or email<\/a>). If enough of the same work keeps coming up, I may set certain jobs at a flat rate.

Minimum commitment will be one hour. If I am contracted to do a job that I plan to spend more than 6 hours on in a given day, I will reduce the price of the hourly labor cost. Also, for jobs more than 6 hours I will ask for half of labor and any money for materials up front (or you can buy the materials yourself). <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
